Standard Shipping & Delivery
Default for all small parcel items, such as vases, artwork, pillows, and lighting.
Orders under $150.00 are charged a flat rate of $12.95. This shipping fee is waived for small parcel orders over $150.00. No signature is required, and packages are left at the door.
Freight Shipping
Required for heavy, oversized, or fragile products such as furniture, rugs, and mirrors.
All freight orders under $2,000 are charged a flat shipping fee of $99. This fee is waived for orders over $2,000. We offer convenient delivery to both commercial and residential locations, with options for Threshold or White Glove service.
Please note that a signature is required upon delivery for all freight shipments. Most deliveries are available Monday through Friday, and while weekend deliveries may be arranged upon request, additional fees may apply.
Freight Threshold Delivery
Default for all freight shipments.
Threshold deliveries include a signature-required delivery to the first dry location outside of your home (commonly a front porch, garage, or lobby). Multi-item orders will be consolidated and shipped together for one single shipment and delivery.
White Glove Delivery
Upgrade offered at checkout for freight shipments.
All White Glove deliveries are charged a flat rate fee of $250.00 and include inside delivery to the room of your choice, unpacking, light assembly, and debris removal.
Please note:
- Not all items are eligible for White Glove Delivery, and this service is not available in all locations.
- Multi-item orders will be consolidated before an appointment is scheduled for a single White Glove Delivery.
- The delivery team will not move furniture already inside your home or perform major installations including but not limited to electrical wiring, plumbing, or any services requiring the use of power tools.
- In situations where there may be health or safety risks, White Glove Delivery may not be possible. In this event, the delivery service will be downgraded to a Threshold Delivery, and your White Glove Delivery fee will be refunded.
- If your order arrives with any issues, please keep the packaging on hand and/or ask the carrier to leave the packaging at the time of delivery.
- Orders delivered via White Glove service are not eligible for return. If you are unsatisfied with your order at the time of delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to request that the carrier leave the original packaging. Most carriers retain packaging until the end of the delivery day. If packaging is not on hand with the carrier, we are unable to make exceptions, and the order will not be eligible for return.
Location Surcharges
If your shipping address is located outside of our standard service area, your order may be subject to a Location Surcharge.
Proceed to the first stage of checkout to determine whether a fee applies to your destination.
Address Updates
If your freight shipped order is already processing or has shipped, we can typically update the delivery address. However, additional fees may apply.
Please reach out to support@sagharbordecor.com to confirm if fees will apply and for assistance with updating your address.
Please note: We are not able to change the shipping address on small parcel orders.
Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking. Please allow up to 2 business days for this tracking to activate.
Some product pages or order correspondence will display estimated availability for backordered items; please note this is only our very best estimate, and restocking dates are not guaranteed. Similarly, products that are made to order have an extended lead time to allow for production. Any pending orders will receive an email notification in the event of a restocking or production delay. Please email support@sagharbordecor.com if you have any questions regarding product availability.
Small Parcel Timeline
In-stock small parcel items will spend approximately 1–2 weeks in processing and 1–2 weeks in transit with a ground carrier, like FedEx or UPS.

Small Parcel — Things to Note
Free shipping on small parcel orders of $300 or more.
Items ordered together may or may not be shipped together and are not always packaged in the same box.
All small parcel items ship ground via FedEx and UPS.
No signature is required for final delivery of small parcel shipments delivered via FedEx or UPS.
Freight Timeline
In-stock freight items will spend approximately 1–4 weeks in processing and 2–4 weeks in transit with a freight carrier. Once your shipment has arrived at the local fulfillment center, you will receive a call, text, or email within 1–7 business days to schedule an appointment for delivery to your home. All freight shipments will require a signature for delivery. If you opt to waive this signature requirement, your right to a claim may be forfeited.

Please Note for All Shipments
- If you have ordered multiple items from one supplier, your order will ship complete regardless of backorder dates. Please place separate orders if you require separate deliveries.
- Items ordered together are not always shipped in the same box.
- Sag Harbor Decor does not ship items to P.O. and A.P.O. boxes at this time.
- Once you have confirmed a delivery appointment, it cannot be altered without additional expenses. Charges that result from a rescheduled delivery can vary and will be billed to the recipient.
