Tidal Large Vase

The Tidal Large Vase carries an underwater theme, with carved depictions of crabs and an octopus wrapping around its surface. Made of dark clay ceramic in a milky white finish, each vase is individually thrown, carved, decorated, and glazed by a community of women artisans. Not watertight, the piece should be lined before use, making it as much a work of art as a functional vessel. Due to the artisanal finish and unique placement of the decorations, each accessory could differ slightly.
